I am a born & bred Namibian and a lover of all trees, dim sum and red bush tea.
I'm influenced by modern architecture, the wide-open spaces and special light of Namibia and Inspired by the world around me.
Before life as a wedding photographer I graduated and worked as a photojournalist shooting protests, red carpet events, film stills and behind the scenes fashion.
I combine my previous photography experience to create a highly individual style and capturing moments for people in an emotional and organic way. I aim to tell the story of the day through my images by delivering a visual narrative by allowing things happen naturally.
While weddings remain my speciality, I still shoot fashion reportage, documenting the backstage of catwalks during Fashion Week in London and Paris. Over past seasons I’ve been privileged enough to photograph and work with some amazing designers, including Bora Aksu, Ashish, Animika Wilmont, Paul Costelloe, and Pam Hogg.
